I am a single lady living in South Los Angeles. I am originally from L.A. but have lived in a few places around the country.

I'm easy going, like to laugh. Love to watch TV, go to the movies, volunteer and work with kids. I love a good glass of moscato or ice wine. I'm pretty light on the baggage, but always ready to throw something in a bag and take a trip!

I happily acknowledge that I am a geek. I like cars, Star Wars, SciFi channel, History, things of that sort. Almost anything relating to Egypt will catch my attention.

I like to travel when I can. I'm looking forward to going on another cruise. I like to run over to Vegas to hang out as well.

First dates are tricky. I'm not into the whole cliche' walk on the beach, romantic dinner type stuff. That's fine and dandy. The first date would depend on our conversations and what we see as mutual interests. If you like cars, so do I...let's hit up the car show. We can walk and talk and drool over fine pieces of machinery. If you're into football, so am I! Let's meet up for wings and beers and watch a game together. If you just want to sit and talk, Starbucks is always a cool spot. Ultimately, the opportunity to just talk and hang out and see if we really connect is whats needed. If we end up hanging out, talking, losing track of time because we're having such a good time, that's an ideal date!

Fun can be found anywhere. At church playing with the kids, hanging out at a bar with old high school and college friends. Trying out a new restaurant with a friend. Grabbing a frappuccino at Starbucks. Walking along the beach during the middle of a week day. Watching a great football game on Sunday or Monday nights. I sit online and chat with my friends all over the world, reminiscing about old times and trips taken together. Sitting and watching my nieces on webcam or looking at their pictures. I'm pretty open to trying new things. As I stated before, fun can be had anywhere and any time!
