Going to a Bar for a casual drink and a chat/laugh, then move on to have a dinner some where nice. After then go for a little walk and chat, so it would have to be somewhere sort of interesting where we can do something spontaneous, catch a movie, last few drinks in the bar, a fair or a local event or really just get to know each other whilst being on the date.
It could be anything really, but definatley dinner is a must and a casual drink and what ever else comes to mind.

Some extreme sport like snow boarding, a mountain/high hill hike/climb.
Drive from Spain back to England, done it before, what a amazing scenic drive!
